This website is operated by Kiran Design Studio.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on GoDaddy. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified.
All prices listed on the website include all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items in an order are fixed once your order has been confirmed. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to confirmed orders.
If a discount code is entered at the checkout, it has the effect of applying a discount equally across the entire order, including both goods and associated delivery costs.
You agree to pay delivery charges as they are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase.
Kiran Design Studio currently processes all orders through PayPal which accepts Visa/Mastercard and direct PayPal account payments.
Payment for orders will be processed immediately upon confirmation.
Kiran Design Studio reserves the right to refuse a sale.

Products and Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

All Intellectual Property in any material on the website is the property of Kiran Design Studio. Unless expressly authorised under this agreement or otherwise, you may not reproduce, adapt, modify, display, perform, or distribute any material. All images of the artwork are copyright of KiranDesigns, no image of any artwork can be distributed, printed, or used for personal or commercial use without the permission of KiranDesigns.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise; and our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause limits or restricts your ability to make a claim that may be available to you for our failure to comply with a guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

Workshops
Workshops at the Kiran Design Studio are created and designed by Kirandeep Grewal at her studio in Canberra, Australia.
We would like to point out that the image on the site may vary on the website due to your monitor. If you have any questions with regard to the workshop please get in touch. I will be happy to answer all your questions.

Refund Policy
Please choose your workshop carefully. If you have any questions it is highly recommended that you contact me. I will be happy to answer any queries.
Under Australian Consumer Law, Kiran Design Studio is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. GET IN TOUCH kirandesignstudio2012@gmail.com
